Gli interni sono attrezzati con ogni comfort per garantire un soggiorno all’insegna del relax. Vi basterà uscire nei balconcini di cui ogni camera è provvista per ammirare il tramonto sul mare, sorseggiando un calice di vino.

Nello specifico, Joya Luxury Villas è un complesso di due ville situato a soli 100 metri dal mare. Ogni villa si sviluppa su tre piani: al piano terra troverete una cucina, un bagno e un soggiorno, da cui si ha accesso all’area esterna privata con barbecue, tavolo esterno e piscina; al primo piano vi sono tre stanze con letti matrimoniali e un secondo bagno; al secondo piano vi è un attico dove sono disposti due letti singoli ed uno matrimoniale. Ciascuna villa potrà dunque accogliere fino a gruppi di 10 persone.

The house is huge, clean and beautiful with a big yard and swimming pool. There was more than enough space for our group of 8 people. We had an amazing stay in Joya Luxury Villa. Nikolas and Lisa are the best hosts you could wish for. They do absolutely everything to make you enjoy the most of your stay. It was the best moment of our trip around Greece. I would definitely recommand to stay in Joya Luxury Villa. Thank you so much guys!

Lovely house located in a beautiful olives orchard! The exclusive garden and having a private pool only for our apartment made our holiday extraordinary. Nikolas is a very nice and cheerful guy, always willing to help. He even brought us some nice traditional local products. The house in itself was more than enough for our small group, but could easily accommodate more people. We totally enjoyed our stay at Joya and hope someday we will come back.

The house was very comfortable for 2 families of four to spend a relaxing holiday and Kipseli is the perfect location to explore the island. Nikolas and Lisa were great hosts, helping us with any kind of needs and gave us great tips. Prior to our arrival they also stocked the kitchen with basics for breakfast the day after. Exceptional that there was cleaning and laundry service on demand for free. Within walking distance there is a small beach with a local bar as well as two great seafood restaurants by the sea-side. Within 5 minutes there is a bakery, supermarket, very good gyros restaurant, ATM and gas station. Thank you, Nikolas and Lisa!

Maison tres bien entretenue, tres propre. Une femme de menage vient tous les jours faire le nettoyage, changer les essuis de bain et ceux de la piscine. Elle fait votre linge et vous le depose quand il est laver c est incroyable! Une dame tres tres gentille! L'exterieur est tres bien amenager il ya un coin barbecue, une terasse avec une table et des chaises, de tres jolis transats autour de la piscine, un joli hamak,... La maison est situee dans un petit village tres calme non loin de la mer. Il ya un supermarket pas tres loin et une boulangerie en face. La boulangere est tres gentille et tres genereuse. Les gens du village sont adorables! Les hotes de cette maison, Nikolas et Lisa sont exceptionnels. Que dire? Un couple adorable, souriants, qui prennent le temps de vous conseiller... Les premiers jours nous n'avions pas de voiture. Nous avons demander a Nikolas de nous reserver un taxi pour aller a la plage de Psaro. Il a refuse et nous a deposer avec sa propre voiture! Il a fait 2 allers retours avec un grand sourire! Je n'oublierai jamais son geste! Il nous a mis en contact avec son ami qui loue des voitures sur l'ile et qui est d'une extreme gentillesse! Merci a Nikolas et Lisa pour votre hospitalite et votre sourire! A l'annee prochaine j'espere

Un soggiorno indimenticabile! Lisa e Nikolas sono due proprietari fantastici, sempre a disposizione e attenti ai minimi dettagli. La villa è impeccabile con servizio di pulizia eccellente. La piscina privata rende il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Lo consiglio a tutti... il prossimo anno ci tornerò sicuramente.
